How to Register for Futsal (Athletes/Guardians)

• Go to the player registration link HERE
  
  
• You will need to log into your GotSport account first, or create an account if you do not have one.
  • If you are creating an account, first make yourself (guardian) an account.  You can then add family members from there. 
  • You will need a passport style photograph of the player to upload to their account and a scanned copy of their birth certificate (Using an app on your phone like “DocuScan” or “PhotoScan” work fine.
  • In the “Select League” section, choose 
    • “Association” = Southern California Futsal
    • “League” = Santa Barbara Futsal
  • “Registration” section you will have to upload player birth certificate (or passport).
  • “Payment” section is for handling the fees to US Futsal ($)
